The agreement signed, filed, and on the record.
Zoho Sign sends a document for signature, verifies who signed it, and keeps the audit trail that proves it. The contract no longer waits on a courier, a scanner, or a signatory who is out of the office.

- Documents sent to every party in a set order, and signed from any device. The signer needs no account.
- Signers verified by email, SMS, or WhatsApp one-time code before they sign.
- An audit trail on every envelope, recording who did what, and when.
- Approval and manager workflows, so nothing goes out for signature before it should.
- Templates for the documents sent every week, and bulk send for the ones that go to hundreds.
- Signing built into the Zoho apps the agreement starts in, so the signed copy lands back on the record it belongs to.
From the draft to the signed copy, one path.

Zoho's published prices for Malaysia, read 20 October 2026; Zoho may revise them. SST is charged on top. Envelopes sent through the API or a third-party app consume Zoho Sign credits on every plan, at RM0.38 a credit in blocks of 500. The 14-day trial runs on Enterprise with no card required, and documents signed during it carry a watermark. Implementation is quoted separately by us.
Where it sits.
Zoho Sign is for the business where a contract still waits on a printer, a courier, or a scanned page in someone's inbox: sales agreements, offer letters, tenancy renewals, client mandates.
It signs from inside the apps the document starts in: Zoho CRM Plus for the deal, Zoho Books for the quote, Zoho People for the offer letter. It is also included in Zoho One.
Where we deploy it.
