Our plugin integrates directly with LHDN’s MyInvois Portal, allowing you to push invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and refund notes seamlessly from Zoho Books. It simplifies compliance by ensuring your invoices meet LHDN’s requirements before submission.

To use the plugin, you must have:
✅ A Zoho Books Premium and above Subscription (Global version)
✅ Access to LHDN MyTax Preprod Portal (Setup Guide)

After purchasing the plugin from Zoho Marketplace, there are three main steps to set up. You can start with Step 1 here to configure your Zoho Books account and integrate it with your MyTax portal.

The plugin supports submission of:
Invoices
Credit Notes
Debit Notes
Refund Notes
Self-billed Invoicing (Upcoming Feature in Next Update)

No, invoices must be manually pushed to MyInvois. This manual submission serves as an important precaution to ensure that businesses do not unintentionally submit incorrect income declarations to LHDN. Since every mistake in e-Invoicing carries significant financial and compliance consequences, users must carefully review and confirm the accuracy of each invoice before pushing it to MyInvois. This added layer of control helps businesses avoid costly penalties and maintain proper tax reporting integrity. However, we are working on a batch submission feature for our next update.

Currently, e-Invoices cannot be modified after submission. However, an e-Invoice Cancellation feature within Zoho Books will be added in the next update. In the meantime, you have 72 hours to cancel an e-Invoice via the MyTax Portal before it becomes permanent.

The plugin provides real-time error messages to help diagnose submission issues. Common reasons include:
❌ Missing required fields
❌ Invalid TIN
❌ High traffic on MyInvois causing slow response times and connection issues.

If you need assistance, our support package provides troubleshooting help.

We offer:
Free webinars – Learn how to use the plugin and stay compliant.
Support package – Paid assistance for setup, troubleshooting, and compliance.
Consultations – Get personalized help for your business needs.
