1. Scope of Consultation This paid consultation provides businesses with expert guidance on aligning their invoicing processes with Malaysia’s e-Invoicing compliance using Zoho Books. The consultation covers:

  • Process Assessment – Review of current invoicing workflow.
  • Compliance Advisory – Insights based on LHDN guidelines and Zoho Books capabilities.
  • Workarounds & Solutions – Recommendations to address software limitations.
  • Implementation Strategy – Best practices to ensure a smooth transition.

2. Booking and Payment

  • The consultation is conducted as a 2-hour session.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation slot.
  • Payment is non-refundable except in cases where the consultation cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

3. Consultation Deliverables

  • The consultation session provides advisory services only and does not include software implementation, customization, or ongoing support.
  • A follow-up summary with key recommendations may be provided upon request but does not constitute a formal implementation plan.
  • Any additional documentation or extended consultation beyond the agreed session duration will be subject to separate charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide relevant information about their invoicing processes before or during the consultation.
  • The accuracy and completeness of provided information are crucial for effective advisory.
  • The client is responsible for implementing any recommended changes and ensuring compliance with LHDN regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance, compliance is ultimately the client’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or losses incurred due to non-compliance, misinterpretation, or failure to implement recommended changes.
  • Zoho Books is the primary software used in this consultation, with our guidance focused on ensuring compliance and optimizing its usage. While we provide expert insights and best practices, we do not control Zoho Books’ features or updates. 6. Confidentiality

  • All client information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will be applicable to all consultations booked after the amendment date.
